30-day returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email us at orders@aldemoriessentials.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Our team will reply with the return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item(s) back. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
